Description:	Large heart shaped heavy Afghani hand made by the nomad tribes of North west provinces. Silver/nickel/pewter alloy metal heavily detailed and studded with a teardrop carnelian cabochon. Some tarnish due to age/treatment.Handmade in Afghanistan.
